How To Use This Site

If you’re here, we hope it’s because you want to learn about Plein air painting. This site is designed to offer you tools to help you learn.

Directory:
If you go to the directory, you’ll find artists who are willing to teach and artists who are willing to be contacted as “paint buddies” (someone to paint with), and you can find a listing of groups and organizations. Hopefully, you’ll find people in your town, or somewhere near. If you don’t, be patient — others from your area may register on the site.

And if you do a search on Plein air painter (your town), you can find painters in your area. Contact any of them and ask if they give lessons or workshops.
